A note from the Architectural Control
TAN RARA OESTE IS A COVENANT-RESTRICTED
We have already in place legal and binding
restrictions for each of the seven units within Tan Rara which were generated as each unit was
developed. They include restrictions for fences, swimming pools,
vehicle parking, etc.
Any planned addition or change to your
property (house or land) must be submitted to the Architectural
Control Committee for
review and approval, prior to being carried out.
If you have questions or require
additional information please contact a Committee member.
